Automatic sprayers RELBO
Automatic die sprayers Relbo's automatic die sprayers are designed for the automation of both "cold chamber" (for aluminium, brass and magnesium) and "hot chamber" (for zinc and magnesium) diecasting machines. Velox is a family of small pneumatic sprayers - with one or more axis - for the small, fast zinc diecasting machines. Rapid, Directo and Plus, are families of electric sprayers, with one or more axis and strokes ranging from 750 to 1.900 mm, capable of increasing productivity rates by 25-30%. The control panel of the sprayer is equipped with a PLC and permits easy setting of the best possible lubrication cycle for every die. When the best parameters have been found, thanks to the data storage system, we can save them for future production.
