Automatic sprayers model Rapid

The Rapid model is born to serve cold and hot chamber die-casting machines from 140 to 250 ton. With vertical stroke of 750 mm (Rapid 75), it is supplied with a spraying head of 10 nozzles (5 fixed platen + 5 movable platen). The system is pre-arranged for an easy connection of extra nozzles in case of specific needs. The easy programming of times, speeds and positions is guaranteed by a microprocessor Siemens and a control panel equipped with dies memory.
