During the month of September 2008 have been placed in function, in the Renault facility in Cordoba – Argentina, two new Colosio machines PFO 1600 and PFO 2000. Colosio srl, choosen as partner by Renault also for the automation of existing machines, has supplied the plant “ready to work” for the production of automotive pieces headed to the plants in Argentina and Brazil.
Both working cells are equipped with the most advanced injection technology “REAL TIME” to control in closed loop speed and pressure.
This supply will allow an important productivity improvement and a strong reduction of cycle time, guaranteed by the latest Colosio technology.As part of the supply Relbo srl, sister Company of Colosio srl, has equipped the existing diecasting machines of the plant with automatic dies sprayers model PLUS 2/190 with lubrication heads specifically created for this production. This is another goal reached by Relbo srl. Showing the twenty year experience in facing and solving technical specific problems of the Customers.
