By giving to the new generation machines equipped with Pc-Box03 a direct internet connection, it is possible for our Customer’s Care service to check in real time the movements, the settings and the production data of the entire working cell.
The system allows to update the machine software to the latest release directly from our Italian offices.
The tele-assistance is a very important instrument to guarantee real time technical interventions with important reductions of costs and time for the Customers.
Our technicians are also able, by looking at the settings of the machine, to work together with the Customers to determinate the data to change in order to solve the difficulties of the single castings.
