    The NEX die casting machine series differs from the traditional PFO series as it is equipped with a renewed injection system, a state-of-the-art HMI software, and enhanced safety and ergonomic protections.

    Thanks to more than fifty years of experience in the sector, Colosio specializes in the production of die casting machines for light alloys. The Colosio range of cold chamber machines – specific for the die casting of aluminum, brass and magnesium – ranges from 200 up to 4400 tons of clamping force.

    The new NEX series offers:

    The integration with the GREENLINE system is comprehensive, resulting in minimal power consumption and a significant reduction in the water required for cooling.

    State-of-the-art, intuitive HMI
    (Human-Machine Interface) featuring a 24” touchscreen and programmable rotating command for machine motion management.
